How Much Does Gutter Cleaning Cost?
Gutter cleaning is most cost effective when you arrange regular cleaning, for example twice yearly. This is because you can be slotted into the round of a cleaning company, minimising their costs as they can plan their rounds to get the most properties serviced each day.
Smaller homes are almost always cheaper than larger homes too (the same goes for business premises).
For the smallest homes, such as mid terraced properties, you should expect to pay from £50 for each visit if you’re having your gutters cleaned by the same company at least twice per year. This may increase significantly if access is difficult.
For bigger properties, and those requiring more specialist equipment, this will rise to around £300 at the top end.
One off visits are more difficult to price, as they are more dependant on how far the team need to travel. If they happen to be in your area, the prices may be similar to those above, but don’t be surprised if they’re more expensive.
